Variable pay is never paid till the maximum limit. Only half of the variable amount is paid at an average. Work life balance is difficult to maintain in most of the projects.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company
