Low Salary, no hikes/promotion from last 2 years. Don't have choice on technologies domain. More focused on client and less focus on employees.

... a vendor employee. I'm neither getting benefits from client nor from Accenture. Just the salary, that too very less compared to any other projects. There are very few amazing projects with them. Rest all are just time pass and time & material projects.

... is high Unrealistic deadlines Your interests are not considered while alloting a skill and training Long working hours Less pay for people working more than 12 hours Pay is equal for one working ,5 hours a day and one working for 12 hours a day No freedom for decision making Very less chances of getting what you like Difficult to switch internally as well Higher authorities don't stand when client demands extra work or unrealistic deadlines

If we are in a good project, we get a lot of learning opportunity. Salary is good, hike is also good .

Dislikes

Their hiring process and allocation of skills development choice is poor. The training and recruitment department is failure.
