Some Managers treating people as partiality wise. Because organization don't have employee feedback system for them managers. So that skilled persons exiting from Accenture to new companies. Otherwise employees never leave job from Accenture. Internal career job change not easy process.

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

Abundant trainings, they focus on providing courses, if you are doing just fine at your job you will not have to worry about job security, also if you are a cunning person, you will get onsite.

Politics, no growth, no work life balance, no hikes, salary sucks, nobody knows anything.

You can maintain work life balance here. If you want to learn new skills, you will get lot of opportunities by trainings and certifications free of cost.

Dislikes

No salary hike for employees for last one year. Variable amount is very high and you will get paid hardly 10% of it. There is not much extra salary benefit.
