The salary is the only component that's great for me

No personal growth. No work that would increase my knowledge. Managers here are just to take status and make reports on the status. No real work or real software creation or anything as such.

Salary package would be fine at the time of joining.

But after joining later FY promotion and hike are terrible, no consideration for promotion or hike etc No response from hr or manager team, and no respect to genuine employees.

... of their lame gender preference policies. No proper promotion path. Less hikes. Very less variable pay paid. No onsite opportunities.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.
