...eam mates but its impossible to survive under politics specially in Maharashtra. Appraisal is a joke, don't join with the package always compare your take home salary as they have a big amount as variable bonus and the bonus % is very very low. HR policies is good but no HR benefits .

Accenture is the Best company for new joiners for their career grow. Accenture is giving good pay for their employees. Over all one of the best company for employees working in India.

Few managers are useless not helping their team to grow, Only looking for their self-grow by putting down of some good candidates.

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company
