No salary hike this year even for top performers. Too much work load they do encourage learning but work load is so much you cannot do any learning. Talks about mental health when they are the one worsening it.

Accenture is a full filled company i loved working there

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years

great place to work, but no proper raise in salary, may be company is not in a good position, this is not the right time to join the company for aspirants looking to work in accenture

no salary hikes this year in india and even last year it's not a good raise in salary for all the accenture

Everything is to dislike here, no job security, management politics, no hike promotions, expect you to work 24*7 at lowest possible salary. Hiring people but not care about existing people.
