Overhired and over promoted during COVID resulting in breaking the wage structure and pyramid. Now hikes and promotions are at the mercy of top management. Too many at leadership level who have no idea on how things are getting operated at ground level 0 transparency with respect to policy and future plans.

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

Lot of politics No hike Targeting and torturing One of the worst company I worked. I was not allowed to put I papers down and was let without any support. Worst management and HRs. Never join for the name sake of the company. You life, career and health will be destroyed

Job is not secure. If a project gets ram-down then your job is on risk. And you were expected to search for a new project or role by your own. No HR or anyone comes for any assistance or help. This should be improve and role search and secure should be handled by HR or management only.
