Depends on project and managers. Mine was good hence I am happy with everything. Got really hood Variable pay last year.

salary structure is on lucrative side as they show high salary structure by 24% variable pay in your package. but sometimes you only get 12-15% Promotion cycle is very slow. If you are deserving candidate and you are continuously getting good client feed back, still you have to wait till eternity 😅 for your turn to come. Depends on project account completely

AM TL politics, cronyism and favouritism in workplace at its core. Biased, chauvinistic and female centric. Sincere and genuine people are not recognized most of the time. Yes-man attitude, culture of PIP, which are meted out necessarily to reduce workforce which they recruit in large numbers in first place. If you pander to your TL, AM, have attitude of saying yes to everything thing then you are good and ensconced comfortably. One more point abysmal hikes.

I got assigned to a good team which has a good manager. So he encouraged me to learn from other sources than what we could learn from working on the project which is not much.

Dislikes

Low salary low increments if your salary is less No growth in terms of learning and financial even if we perform client delivery is not the only criteria for performance, they also see taking part in hackathons, ideation contests, certificate earned etc, which should be done over and above. Not good first company option for new joiner as they won't be able to decide their stream, project etc and would need to move within 2-3 yrs at any cost to get growth

One of the best service based company. Work life balance is good. Policies are employee friendly If you’re getting low salary but want chill life with no pressure then go with Accenture.

They will hire new employees with double package but Never try to retain good employees with good hike. Internal politics
