In India among all the service based companies, Accenture is only probably still cares about employees time and work life balance. The policy are very strict and clear empowering the employees to take the time to reflect on themselves.

Dislikes

The pay structure could be updated to the needs of the current market. The HR communication for new hires is the worst. HR needs serious audit.

Accenture is a full filled company i loved working there

Even though i worked till the completion of the project in accenture. I didn't got the completion bonus for completing the project where i worked for 5 years

There is not even one thing to like.

Dislikes

Everything is to dislike here, no job security, management politics, no hike promotions, expect you to work 24*7 at lowest possible salary. Hiring people but not care about existing people.

Work environment is good and teammates are supportive. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Management act like they will resolve our issues but they will not. Work life balance is very poor and they will try to get more more from us.

Good company to work but salary and variable pay are very bad they never pay the variable pay what they have deducted and promised

Dislikes

No salary growth and no work life balance, need to stay in front of the system for long hours to make productive, also variable is a big cheating here
