Work culture and people around. They all respect each other. Apart from it if you are part of project then you have all salary benefits. But if you are part of shared facility project job security is good but no salary benefits.

Dislikes

Shared projects dont provide good hike or promotion. Only project employees are at benefit.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
