Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance

...ifically lead and above with more experience are treated badly with more stress. No hikes or variable pay no OT.

Compare to market it's 9.5 working hours , cab management is very poor, for parents you need to pay from ur pocket for the health insurance
