Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Just a normal service based company. Nothing great. WFH allowed.

Dislikes

...omponent. Bad work culture, no good employee benefits. Appraisals are very bad. Only 4-5% salary hike. Don't join if you have other opportunities

All good but recently seeing less salary benifits.

Dislikes

Salary benifits and Leaves structure of in current year 2023. Especially in Mumbai. State Wise different leave policy. If we are working in Mumbai will get 26 leaves but other states(Hyderabad) will get 46 leaves per year. This new policy is worst since 2023 fiscal year.

Upskilling , Job Security, initial salary and work related satisfaction is good, but appraisal is average, and bonus is below average.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. You are expected to learn everything on your own from SOPs without shadowing anyone. Leadership is bureaucratic , they will know about the work life balance and below average bonus payouts , but they will not take any concrete action. So you are basically expected to "deal with it". I guess that's the Accenture way.

Like If you are good then you can get promotion evey 2 to 3 years with good salary hike.

Dislikes

Honestly, high-level management does not interact with junior employee so managers or team lead's dependency gets increase and some people take advantage of such situation.
