Good infrastructure and new building. Everyone is new and understanding the company.

Dislikes

No hike or bonus yet, Fire and Hire culture. Caring is like school kids and keeps asking on the ongoing tasks in breakout time, no snacks. Cost cutting and Negative Business outlook precautions. Strict 4 days work from office along with work from home and friday wfh.

First of all Accenture is an MNC so job security is my favourite part here. Apart from that compensation and benifits given by Accenture are very good than other IT companies out there.

Dislikes

There are nothing much ti dislike other than extended working hours which purely depends on kind of work we do.

Likes

Good company to work for. Good environment and good company policy. Good pay as well.

Dislikes

Senior management will do lot off politics with there resource. Favoritism is there, people who is around senior management they will get good opportunity.

Company is open to innovation and adapts new technology. There are chances of onsote travel .

Dislikes

Once you are in a project getting release is a crucial/imposible task. Variable pay policy is worst if person is there for 5 months he will not get any variable at all. One thing which I think should change is rotational onsite policy however in accenture many project dont have this as a result new people dont get chance to go onsite.

...art your carrier as you will be having chance to work on international projects. Job security is great but pay raise is not that much but better than other service provider companies.

Dislikes

Working on new technology is very rare and people doesn't get more code development experience from Accenture. Most of the time will go in maintaining the tickets.
