I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

Accenture is the worst corporation in the world, with no raises and everything being a lie; they will promise you but will not deliver, yet we may expect at least 2 to 3%, which they will not do... In my experience, HR is the worse; they will not follow through on anything once they mention benefits, but HR also lies at Accenture. Please do not join Accenture... The absolute worst company. They do not follow any of the conventions of other multinational corporations. ACCENTURE IS A WASTE COMPANY.

Dislikes

They are not helping if you want to do any certification course. They are not even paying 50% variable pay, which they promised at the time of joining. Salary hike and promotion are very slow. I am working here since 1.5 year and I just got 6% hike yet.

Work is bit pressure Long working hours which is very bad No wfh option even if u die Management is problem everywhere No proper leaves No proper respect for employees Simply making high voice into the floor No employee health care(leaves) No proper arrangements Within one week they change 10 teams for one person Rude behaviour Managers and Some TL acts like CEO of accenture
