No holiday for high performers, no hike for 2 months 1%~ 5%, sudden change in promotion cycle to June from quarterly basis, no work life balance, buttering to manager and director will get you brownie points and Paisa woh bhi nhi mila kisi kisi ko bcz manager ko hi bahar kardiya client ne but new manager bhi waise hi hai. Pura club manager and upper management ka hai Accenture mai.

Work culture, envornment is good to be work from home and from office as well.

...nd monthly connects by leads and manager are niglect every time since 12 months. Salary of over time are delayed to be execute without any reason. If someone raising their queries, only positive verbal reaponse would provided and no any action on that.

...There are 3 level movements required for an employee to be a part of management. But compensation wise this company ia providing competitive package.

...en if they do, they will say the exact same thing the manager told them to do. There is a big pay gap between IT and non IT. Compensation is very low.

...orking in a service industry its upto the project where you have been allocated. I had a good opportunity with Accenture as i had been allocated to the successful project hence I was getting good hike in all my tenure, as well their way of promotion cycle and the variable pay will keep you retained with them. Every 3 months you will be getting some changes in your payslip which is really a good thing. And when you perform really well then you will be getting entire amount of your variable pay. Great company to work

Only concern is they won't give shift allowance,
