... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

Variance in promotion hike..some people can get upto 30 % and for some they only give 10 to 15%

...mangement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair nd they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of police's and mangement does not adress our issue salry is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job traning is not given to new joinees.
