You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Just a normal service based company. Nothing great. WFH allowed.

...omponent. Bad work culture, no good employee benefits. Appraisals are very bad. Only 4-5% salary hike. Don't join if you have other opportunities

Wfh is the only benefit. Accenture stopped giving hike. Changed its salary structure, not caring about employees perspective anymore. Became a rotten company
