1. Competitive Salary 2. Good Learning Curve , learn a lot of relevant technologies, as well as relevant theory 3. Friendly Environment, including upper management. 4. Upper management is aware of the technical side, which is a huge help 5. Good work life balance, as well as flexible timing; you just need to get the job done 6. Micromanagement is almost nil. 7. Less restriction to come to office , which is very helpful.

1. I have been told that the work environment varies from project to project, so there might be projects where the environment is not as friendly. 2. Number of leaves is a little lower than some other places, but great work life balance compensates for that.

Projects are good, you can learn a lot, compensation is good but you might get stuck in promotion as you go higher up, till manager you can get easily promoted in 3+3 beyond that 4+ to senior manager and beyond senior manager forget about being MD, you will be handed new new roles. Depending on team you might get stuck in politics

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.
