Pros - Good work environment. Friendly work culture, peers are supportive.

Dislikes

Cons - Poor management system, less increment, compensation plans are not at all good, being a brand it should be far better than other organisations, unfortunately in our unit I am not feeling that way. Shift timings which is for 10 hours is the major drawback.

The compensation provided by the Accenture is not as per market standards. Being an experience employee getting less pay with high work pressure.

Good in terms of job security and compensation with various benefits. Especially Growth opportunities For females. Lots of training and learning opportunities and Free transport Service along with Work from Home or Work from Any Base location is a good initiative.

Dislikes

The work life balance goes for a toss if your management is not right and you will have to deal a lot of pressure and politics , biased opinions and no appreciation for the efforts taken , varies from project to project.
