Great place to work. Here, business transformation runs in DNA of the organization hence you will have more opportunities to deliver projects than any other company. Also, the BT processes and policies are very matured. Hence , at every stage you will feel like learning only. Alot to absorb. No partiality in giving access to important trainings to BT resources. It is upto you, that how much you can take benefit out of it. Pay is good. People respect each other.

Dislikes

...n't have that much autonomy on your role as this organization is like an ocean. Had I been at such role and salary in other organization, alot I could have driven as compared here. So, many levels of decisions delays the delivery. You can't just directly suggest recommendation to clients, it goes through your Boss, his Boss, Delivery, their Bosses and then all of this takes 3-4 months which should have happened in less than 1-2 weeks. So, in case, you are coming here for learning and salaah, a must company to join, but if you are coming to bring big changes, it will take alot of time.

Accenture work culture is very good. Its full of professionals. People dont have time to gossip n they work hard and party hard. Management is very good and mangers are very technical, humble and cooperative and interative. No need to go through your hierarchy to reach them. The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. They are reducing figure year by year. Work pressure and responsibilites are high.

I have a great experience with accenture solutions pvt. ltd.There is lot of thing for learn and to develop skills like classroom training, online trainings, sessions, way of work, environment is well and very professional. My teammates are also very nice and manager is also very cooperative and supportive in my bad time. understanding teammates problems. There is flexibility for work and shift timing. There are many positive thing which are unable to explain in this space. Overall I started my career with good organisation and hope to move better organisation from accenture.

...es but it is only personal perceptions but as per my side I dislike the 1 thing. There is transparency is less between HR policies and salary increment policies. Otherwise every thing is good. one more thing, work from home is not allowed.

They provide AC cabs and package as per market standards but make you work like hell.

Dislikes

They promote and terminate employees as per the management desire if they are personally satisfied or not by employee. No IJP is possible, all is corrupt as Operation business is only an additional business for time pass for them. So eventually one has to pamper the managers. Job is hence not secured at all here, they sacked more than 15000 employees in pan india during covid 19. It came in news strongly, which is hence proved.

... of their lame gender preference policies. No proper promotion path. Less hikes. Very less variable pay paid. No onsite opportunities.
