The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, l get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada, but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a US based client and they have some officer in Toronto. hence l got a BI visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength s, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time l do receive appreciation emails from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, Also,there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step. Which is a pain sometimes.

Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected.

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.

lacks work-life balance, with excessive work pressure and no meaningful salary increments. Micro-management is pervasive, leading to employee frustration and stifling creativity. There's a noticeable absence of support for employee well-being. Overall, the company does not prioritize the needs or satisfaction of its workforce

I joined for Accenture though consultancy, and they used don't give me more more salary and leaves. only good thing is client is google so some advantages are there like cab food etc.

dont join though consultency they eat all you CTC and try to give you very less amount.

Worst management they have onboarded me one week before and and they have joined twice thrice me and pushed my doj without even telling me and now they have onboarded me after week and in system my entry date is 15 now they hold my salary for 1.5 month worst experience I have ever experienced in corporate career also they denied to give salary of 8 days soo pathetic organization I have ever joined with management is not supportive they take it very lightly told me you will get salary in another month. These people dont know the value of salary to lower designation people...worst experience suggest dont join the organization. No value of person .
