Don't expect salary hikes, bonus, incentives and other stuff. No work life balance, No proper transportation provided. Female employees make sure don't get pregnant soon otherwise you will sent home for sure.

...mangement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair nd they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of police's and mangement does not adress our issue salry is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job traning is not given to new joinees.
