Promotions cycle, Salary hikes, Office Politics, putting employees on PIPs for no good reason, and yes work-life balance are not at all in Accenture's dictionary, Operations jobs are kind of secure in Accenture but there are no Salary hikes in it, Also the promotions are very slow, it is impossible for anyone to become Analyst to team lead even in 10-12 years, but Tech jobs are kind of okay here.. you can get a decent salary in Tech jobs in Accenture (compared to the competition), as averagely the IT Project budgets are way more than the Operations projects, but it's not very secure as Accenture is spending billions of $ in R&D of GenAI for Cost cutting.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
