The leads in the project I was in almost tried to to ruin the work life balance of their subordinates including myself, Also the company did not include HRA in my salary breakup, I did not bother to ask, my bad which resulted me in paying 1.3 lakhs in ITR filing.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion
