Pros: salary and other benefits are good. Cons: I suggest don't join this company if you need job security. Management are ready to remove the candidate if not performing well by comparing only one month of performance. 2. If you are freshers they remove in nesting only don't keep hopes and join here. 3. Work pressure is horrible. We can't tolerate work pressure here. 4. Overall i don't suggest this company in terms of job security.

No work life balance No sick leaves will be given No promotion no hike no bonus Will not let employees take rest room break Will not get plan leave Will make employee work over time To much politics No appreciation You will be targeted if you speak in any skip level meetings Will never have work satisfaction. No respect will be given to any individual especially if you working in service desk. Managers act like rowdies. Managers taunt about your personal issues. Managers favour only their religion or north Indian employees which is bad. Accenture as a very bad management and u think that is the reason people are leaving To much pressure which is worst @accenture you should take some action on this service desk is hell in your organisation

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
