Even though you work hard, and give them all that they need there is no appreciation. They expect you to be self motivated, except those that they like. If they like someone they are all praises for them. Very unprofessional.

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
