Everything except salary. There is bo work life balance, so much of politics that makes you cry everyday if you don't literally licks your manager's back off. HR department is corrupted, even if you complain to the leadership nothing happens. Worst experience of my life, was literally a living hell working at Accenture.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Some good opportunity to learn new skills. But you will have to save time at your own responsibility after completing all works in the Project.

No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
