It was very good experience, I had easy go friendly work place and there were no discriminations among the experienced and the new joiners all were give the same respect and importance. There was no work pressure.

Dislikes

I was not happy with the compensation, it's very poor. We work in night shift straining ourself still we are not provided any night shift allowances.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

...ving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

...ig time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,
