Work life balance is totally a myth, no growth in terms of salary for last two years

Wfh is the only benefit. Accenture stopped giving hike. Changed its salary structure, not caring about employees perspective anymore. Became a rotten company

Zero increment, no promotion on time.changing policy overnight

Some projects are very good. And there's scope for cross skill development

Dislikes

Very poor compensation and benefits. Not even one team lunch or team dinner or any sort of gift since past 4 years, except 1 small gift.

Likes

Recently Company is doing a lot to woo employees. Back to back hikes are one of such initiatives. The project I am in in is pretty chilled .Work life balance is superb.

Dislikes

As I told work life balance is good and compensation is better than industry standard but If you get bored of a project, chances are there that you are stuck to the project for ever. Release from a project happens rarely and no one care much about your ambition until the show is going on.

The company culture is employee centric. The leadership reaches out to people for feedbacks.

Dislikes

The salary growth can be improved upon. Even when people are getting good hikes they're following the old stereotype. The health insurance facilities can be made better for employees and their families.
