I'm over-all happy with work environment but the salary will be given from 3rd party' so we get very less salary. And the grow is slow.

Accenture’s policies are good only but you can’t take benefits from those if your manager doesn’t approve.

... Accenture without your manager's approval, you can't change Even your skills. You will have to work on 2-3 projects at a time without any growth in salary. Top most - forget about leaves if you want, they don't approve it.

I want to start my carrier in best company and. I think this is best to work here good work environment and culture and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Started first my career in Accenture I loved it and i felt proud but finally, no other words to tell just it is branded big MNC. Shift timing like 10am to 07pm

Work pressure, no bonus, there is no improve in salary hike and promotion is like politics whoever they like will give even for leaves. sme, teamlead, manager behavior like whoever do bucketing they will get promotion

There is nothing great that I found while working with Accenture. No job Satifaction, no learning, less pay, micromanagement, team politics, badly drafted processes that add more challenge to work profile than doing nay good.

... and experienced resource. There is like many organization politics in the team. The re is no learning, the package is very less compared to market standards and top o that the Contractual roles are scrapped anytime as if they were never required. Why hire when you have to fire for frivolous reasons like Global decision. Worst decision to join Accenture!
