Only benifit you get is your salary is credited on time. If you want to grow in your career then look for the other opportunities.

No increment, company just says there'll be no increment this year and deal with it

The people in the team are really supportive, For girls they do lot of things. You can reach out the management without hesitation. Good perks. Fun activities are organized frequently. Team lunch, dinners(Virtual) are often organised.

Dislikes

The compensation plan is less. The variables are not good.

During the time I joined where freshers were not assigned any project or role and if so were assigned to support role. there was no proper response from the manager even after meet with him. He does only his job not worried about others. The working culture was professional and good.

Job security and irresponsible of assigning projects and roles.

1. Lot of opportunities to work in different modules in the cloud technologies.

Dislikes

1. Appraisal is based on the band within the level at which you are currently working. If you are already at the higher end of the band, you won't get a very good hike even if you are the top performer. 2. HR doesn't even take into consideration your educational background or other credentials while deciding on appraisal.
