...ich caused lumber pain to my back and i am not able to sit or travel to office. So i requested the management to give me my salary of 23 days and also they haven't provided mi the incremented salary of 2 months. Total salary 25,000 which was not provided by the organization to me and it happend to many of my team mate. They will provide employee salary not on the monthly basis. Technical manager is saying to employee that "Tum Marathi logo ke sath jyada mat raha karo". Always spreading wrong things on Maharashtrian lok this thing is known by management but still not any action taken on him. I have worked in organization for more than 1.10 years but when I was physically unfit having accident they haven't provided me the salary app. 25000 and also not given me releiving letter.

Absolutely nothing is to like.company owner lends money from the Office boy so only his position is secure. Rest all designation are realy useless for Rahul and Namita. People who are not getting opportunity are working there for survival.

No rules , No policies, No salaries on time , before joining belive on the reviews which are negative coz that's the only truth.... whatever positive has been written is posted by themselves as they are into software.please do not join.

...ich you get working under the guidance of the Mr Rahul Jain (Director) is good. Though don't expect extraordinary salary but if you are seeking for enriching yourself with good knowledge then Accelon is a good option. If you are a Implementation Consultant you would have to travel, company don't provide any travel allowance inter-city. however if you go outstaion for they provide you with all the facilities. As a ex-employee I pretty liked the company as it gave me freedom to think out of the box and guide me whenever i needed help.

Dislikes

I genuinely think other than Salary and other allowances there nothing which you would dislike sometimes it becomes quite hectic life. But still overall good place.

Likes

You will get to work on latest technologies and will get to interact with clients directly. You will get to work on the project from start to end, good overall experience.

Extremely fast pace work, that is an advantage too as you get to learn and add new skills faster

They are all fake about everything, having no relevant people for work, if you seek any help from senior they are totally Blank and only react when issue get above the head and finally will put blame on you. Worst part there is management run by lala, HR is having policies where only employee suffer. If you decided to leave the company, they will do drama which is totally unexpected and hold the documents for the months and will not even respond properly. For the delhi location I will suggest never join this company.
