Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing good about this company and management.

Dislikes

They don't have clients, no salaries on time, they didn't pay the salaries for 2 months, they deducted PF and tax amount from salaries but never deposited in PF account. They say they're the top businesses in the city, they're the owners of OTM pub. But never paid salaries on time, wrost management. Don't respond to calls/msg when asked for salaries.

Likes

Worst company, they won't pay salaries and huge deductions without knowledge.

Dislikes

Owners of this company has other big companies, like OTM pub, viola, etc. They switch off their phones when's we ask for salary.
