Dislikes

Salary hikes least even if appreciated by dev. Manager multiple times. No reimbursements. No outing , diwali gift, certification aids like other companies. Usually support work and very less dev work if assigbed hp prj

As a fresher you should not look up for salary but even if you experience you will get low as compared to other companies out there...
