Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 20-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

overall accel frontline is better for fresher because skill development, job security is good. working environment is also better. Teammates is good for any time support.

Mainly salary provide very low, no any allowance provide company ,you work let night work or extra work but no any allowance give company, no any incentive, and not any facilities. Deduction part of bonus cut your salary and give bonus.
