I've joined as a fresher and the salary is very low even I had completed Global certification CCNA. Salary is around 80k/annum take home. But people who are interested in learning they can learn basic hands-on experience from their client sites that too limited by your Team lead sometimes. No quality training in technical skills or courses.

Dislikes

Very low wage. No proper training or skill training. Team mates sometimes not understand their role and will not come on time if they joined prior to you.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 20-24 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Nothing there to like something.Worst management ,No any growth . Very less salary offering.As far as server software point of view no any development still in outdated era .
