The only perk this company had was it's working mode.

Dislikes

...did not even respect one's suggestions and the amount of experience one carries. Being a start up company, they are doing cost cutting in every way possible by not providing company's assets to work.

There is nothing to like about the company. They are all chindi chor type.

BIGGEST INTERVIEW FRAUD EVER!!! First, starting with their job post for "Product Management Content Specialist", they never mentioned about the salary and directly gave an assignment like PRD to complete. Later, they called took first round and then told that the maximum salary for this position is 3LPA. After that they took 5 rounds of interview and offered internship with stipend of 15k. When I asked, they said "that the management has decided to offer you internship only" and no other candidate was selected apart from me. I was shocked to see such response. After I thoroughly researched on LinkedIn, I found out that everybody working in the product team so far has been offered internship first before they give them any full time opportunity. Whereas, internship word has no mention in their job post. This is the matter of March 2023 when the company was called INSAID. Now, I was again interviewed by this company unfortunately. Because these thugs changed their name to Accredian and they interviewed me for some other position. I was not aware of it in starting otherwise I wouldn't had given interview. I thought since I am jobless let's give this company one more chance and see if anything else has changed with the name. I was not at all surprised when they started doing chindi chori in the salary. I was not even expecting any hike and asked only what maximum they were offering for the role. But that shameless HR Kanika is so egoistic and rude that she didn't release my offer letter for asking 30000 more in annual salary than what they were offering. Now, they are making me wait for the offer letter from over 30 days and wasting my time and energy. They are not bothered to reply. So, please do not waste your time here because they are not just chindi chor but also very toxic. The way founder Nikhil replied so rudely when asked for a response on my candidature after 30 days shows what kind of workplace it could be. God saved me from such people, you also be safe. They all are so rude and have no respect for the candidates. They will waste your time, energy and again after 6 months they will change the company's name and start a new fraud in the name of company and in the name of interview... They are biggest frauds ever!!!!!!!! Shameless founder NIkhil.... Everybody is so battamiz here, even their sales head ritvick pahwa talks like he is at any panwadi and he can say anything to anyone. No respect for fellow employees and they can say anything to anyone.

So many to talk about. 1st off all the reporting manager Shruti she was the worst manager i ve ever met. She herself had no knowledge but god knows how she became RM. She will give all the wrong info n if you try to correct her she will start to spoil your works. All the worst kind of language that no one wants to hear she will use in daily meetings. Everyday was a new challenge as u never know when could be your last day without any actual reason. Leads are pathetic n still they ask to get sales out of it n if you are not getting the sales then face all kind of abuses daily.. i took a decision n left this org. at the right time otherwise it was like a mental trauma. N these review will not make any difference as they will continue to spoil the career of people joining the sales team.
