Company was too good to work. Salary structure was good & they were very conscious about the health & safety prospect of their employees. That was key aspect the management of this organisation.

Dislikes

They are encouraging the nepotism culture here in this lovely organization. They are spoiling the careers of many individuals. Acc as a company is too good but there are some people who thinks that they are in top management & they can do whatever they want to do.

Opportunity to learn and excel in the soft skills for any sales professional, Very aggressive top management, Decent salary hikes and paid bonus in 2020 and 2021, Management is inclined towards green and eco friendly products.

Dislikes

Doesn't care employee well being, no job security, Management interest is only cash & cost control, employee cannot avail his leaves whenever required, One has to sacrifice all the personal things and work for them.

The company is open to innovation and ready to adopts latest technology.company is indian but accopied by holcim & lafarge.

Compensation is recent,growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sone times I have work 24 to 36 hour.i do received appreciation from clients but they mostly go unnoticed.There is on job training for freshers.i have to attend client calls in to the night.manager do not value.

It was like a ACC parivar, now it is loosing personal bonding's, Career growth is there, Salary as well as appraisal are on better side. No hidden agenda is there, everything is very transparent. Work environment as well as Job security is not to the initial levels. Overall ACC is coming downside from its earlier status known as friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Now a days there are no long term plans for the employees as well as plant, job security is also not up to the initial level now. No career growth for senior people, trainings are also not for everyone. No work-life balance is there.

The culture has changed by leaps and bounds in a direction which has led to poor work life balance and growth oppurtunities.The merger with Ambuja being on the tenterhooks being ine of the major reasons.
