Very worst work culture in Kolkata...I am saying it only for concrete division.... cement division is much better than concrete division. There are no personal life for employees.Boss try to control your whole life.

Acc cement is the most valuable company for carrier growth , for skill development arranged more and more training session.working life & environment is so good .There is no politics each and every employees is very friendly.

Salary is low compair to the other plant with same year of experience and there is no transfer facilities of employees from one place to another place on the lower level .

I started my career in ACC concrete Hyderabad Patancheru. As a Ft then as A Lab tech then prompted as Sr. Executive quality. Till the year 2018 management is good..

...h employees no appreciate while working dedicate on Holiday and overtime duties. No growth in salaries, there is no imp for senior persons they need new person to give good salary but they are not ready to hold back the employee such a waste management in Hyderabad unit

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Initially there was 2 years bond before which you cannot resign. There is 2 month notice period. Which in my opinion is more than average

compensation is decent,bu growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
