Company was too good to work. Salary structure was good & they were very conscious about the health & safety prospect of their employees. That was key aspect the management of this organisation.

They are encouraging the nepotism culture here in this lovely organization. They are spoiling the careers of many individuals. Acc as a company is too good but there are some people who thinks that they are in top management & they can do whatever they want to do.

Opportunity to learn and excel in the soft skills for any sales professional, Very aggressive top management, Decent salary hikes and paid bonus in 2020 and 2021, Management is inclined towards green and eco friendly products.

Dislikes

Doesn't care employee well being, no job security, Management interest is only cash & cost control, employee cannot avail his leaves whenever required, One has to sacrifice all the personal things and work for them.

Good Working culture &environment. Teammatea are supportive company policies are good, Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. If vacancy available then company join new person but existing employees not given chance.

Not getting any salary... worst company,i ever seen in my life...please do not work in this company... cheater company..

Not getting salary for last 3 months,after full & final settlement i claimed 51000 ,but company said you eligible only 17000, argument with hr.. finally said done..please pay 17000rs..but company not paid 17000, only pay me 5000...wrost company i ever seen..

The culture has changed by leaps and bounds in a direction which has led to poor work life balance and growth oppurtunities.The merger with Ambuja being on the tenterhooks being ine of the major reasons.
