...nt and learning process. work life balance is good. The management team is good. u will get your salary on time i.e. 5th of every month. good institution to work but again there is good & bad in every system.

The benefits that company is proving to his residential staffs. there is discrimination everywhere. The location is really a tough call. transportation facilities is a big deal, school is not having any transportation facilities at all.Still if u will bring your own car the condition of the parking area of the school is so terrible that your car will be 5 year old from the present as it is a open area - heat/ dust/rain/cold no matter. The quality of food is so so as it is pure veg. The accommodation is semi furnished but there is also a kind of discrimination u can find . The management team is good but still they need to know and accept that there is a world out of this school where system and schools are running with success. it seems that they do not believe anyone or may be there are some issues that the attrition rate of the school is bit high. so the management has again their own policy called service bond with unjustified clauses. the biggest problematic part of working here is its location, facilities, management clauses. etc.

Whole teaching & non teaching staff is accommodated in the school campus itself. 6. Secure Job. 7. Though school is situated 7 Kms from the city. Weekly bus service is provided for staff to visit the market. and Twice in a year for Raipur Visit. 8. Management is always there to help their employee in every aspect. 9. Timely payment of Salary. Salary gets credited on 5th of every month. If somehow 5th is not a working day or holiday it will get credited on 4th. 10. Transparent school policies.

...the form of increments every year. It is the best place for learning new things. Salary is given regularly on time even on the pandemic days. Leave if not availed is encashed. This organisation provides job security.

Nothing to dislike as such because school treats his employees as family members but school is located about 80km from Raipur.

Likes

The best thing I liked about the school is its managing structure. The workloads get equally divided among all the staff. Everyone feels an equal burden of loads. As it's a residential school the staffs are well familiar with each other. I worked there for 2.5years. The school not only thinks about its benefits but eventually think for the staff also. Throughout the year apart from the school's function, there are other refreshment tours are also get arranged for the teaching and none teaching staff. Overall I am having a very good experience here. The management appreciated your work. There is a self growth.

Dislikes

...rits if any parent complains against the teacher. No professional growth at all. The salary package is even low.
