Nothing to like. It is the worst company of my life,No work life balance,No Job Security,No timely payment of Salary,once you come here you get stuck and would only be able to go back at there will(it's like a jail).The management is very abusive and uses slang language.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
