There is nothing like "job security" in ADNOC onshore (ADCO), "Overnight you can be fired " is not the new term for the company. Management decisions are very wage and managers are working for their personal KPI without thinking about future of organization. Company policies are made considering Nationals only. No lucrative benefits for expats. A "highly un organized " work culture I have ever seen in my 20 years career. The company is working 15 years back then the current market technologies.

I served in this super best company in the world from 1980 to 2008 28 years. its like heaven to work in this company. i am 74 years old. still i want to work in this company. if company provide any job for me i am happy to serve in this company.United Arab Emirates is like mother land. people are very good.
