Steep Learning Curve excellent exposure to diverse projects , enhancing skills and knowledge. Opportunity to work on enabling digital solutions that enhance real time business operations. I have been in a supportive team, work culture is great. Approachable leadership, providing clear vision and direction. Recognition and rewarding are not just based on years of experience but are based on individual talent and contributions. This made me feel valued for skills and efforts, creating a truly motivating and empowering work environment.

Dislikes

Working on multiple projects across various technologies can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming. Even when you put in extra effort and go above and beyond, your contributions may not always receive the level of recognition you’d hope for within the bigger picture. It’s something you may need to accept as part of the experience.

Likes

A good variety of projects (from large-scale implementations to tailored architecture advisory) with different, international clients and technologies. Nice people make a good team. Top management / partners are approachable and willing to help. Working hours and location flexibility. Plenty of opportunity to growth and leave your mark, suggests improvements and share ideas.

Dislikes

Sometimes deadlines and workload can make the day-to-day challenging, but that's the consulting world. Managing/working with a fully remote team might be hard at times.
