Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Only good thing was you will get your salary on 26th of every month. Now it is also getting delayed till 31st (much better than many other companies I guess)

Company gives you salary on time before the next month for contract employees. The company gives training on Safety, Code of conduct & Etics, etc. which is good for a employee. The company offers fair salary pakage as per experience. Pays your expenses bills & overtime.

Selfish top management (India Region), Doesn't even care about the employees who are main revenue generators. HR Manager just doesn't care about employees. That person just want to get there timely increment and perks, She is making fool of her top management also. No opportunity for growth. They wont allow you to grow.
