No job loss or salary decrement in Covid situation. Can learn and gain experience in HVAC field. Senior management is supportive and interactive. Company is tied-up and supported by Japanese MNC FUJITSU Global.

Dislikes

Very slow growth. Timings are irrational. When work-pressure increase, you are expected to work for 11 to 12 hours per day. No Work-Life balance. Little job security. No on-role employment for positions upto Senior Project Engineer. They offer an off-role third party payroll job. No support to contractors and suppliers in terms of payments.
