Full of favourism. No proper plan of growth. Lack of vision in digital department. Only few persons of Product department are aware of the actual requirements and to explain.

...will terminate us without paying any settlement amount. We are forced to resign. After resignation what we got , only the basic salary for three months which was not even equal to one month salary. ABP SHOW THEIR WORST FACE IN THIS PANDEMIC TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. I can say ABP management is the one the worst. Who left their employees to die during the days of pandemic .

... decision is final. No democracy in the management body. No job security at all. In 2020 almost 600 permanent employees had been saced with a minimum compensation like begger. I am one of the 600 employees. The reason for chatai was covid 19. Company politics are dangerous like poisionous snake. These all points are dislike by me, if you get your lobby then you are safe, this is like no. 1 and no. 2 is if you enter the right politics there are no need to work.

Other than the fact that my department boss has a good grip of what is going on in the organization and how to delivery results, there is no other positive point. WOrk Satisfaction: If you can gel with your team and improvise work, it will be great. I had improved the working environment in 2 different teams that I had worked with. If things are smoothened and results are on time, there is good satisfaction among members and leaders alike.

...s no boundary and there is an expectation that everyone will be available 24*7 Compensation and Benefits: Variable pay which is a part of the salary has been removed. Compensation has been cut by 30% for Corporate Managers and above Company Culture: Extremely localised. SOme teams are great to work with but HR culture is pathetic. Job Security: Massive Layoffs once in 2017 (40%), once in 2019(almost 20%) and now again towards end of May 30% layoffs. No job security. Everyone is on the lookout for jobs all the time to leave the uncertainty behind Career Growth and Opportunities: I have worked for almost 4 years. They did not manage to give a proper role and shifted me around in departments. I have always got the top rating in each department but because I was in each department for part of a year, there was no appraisal ever and no promotion. Salary fell by 3% from my date of joining to date of leaving.
