Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

the employees working are good, but the head of department/ CEO does not wish to look forward to the problems of the employees; they believe in firing and only firing people out of the company, there is no career growth, with minimum or no appraisals, they are shutting down their verticals, searching for new job, have no hope left.

Dislikes

there is no job security, the owners and head's do not trust their employees, they interfere a lot in personal lives of the employed personnel. there is a lot of politics initiated by the CEO itself. Worst working environment, zero carer and professional growth. They dont have any work in the company.
