There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues career growth is slow.

I have The Company love it relation and I hope Great man because I am part of this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, But growth is very slow. Because the work pressure is high but management not ok. I have ti work 12 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend work very challenging work breakdown resolve issues. And company not increments of growth in last three years. Manager not good work with employee of this communication including any attachment may be confidential information belonging to get back into the office and will be there is anything else.

Duty time are so longest, materials are not available so stoped the work by client, they are not completed their terget,

Non confidant management , so lazy staff and working atmosphere way to going on collapse the organisation surly in 5 year..

Very big asset have many nontechnical people less innovation old guys oppose to innovation big post doing curruption also ur job will safe when you are sweet speaker to management .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . company have lots of equipment which is very useful to complete our work timely and also reduce labour cast .abl company have good experience person who have potential to do any kind of job related to industrial work as well as infrastructure .in abl this my first job but I have learn a lot .and another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration and enjoying with all employee .overall a healthy environment to work for abl .

Working hour and vegetarian food is the main problem which I have face
