...d. There are certain people involved in Politics all the time and doing nothing. They deducted salary for 6-7 months due to covid and then bonus was deducted to 50% in the name of covid. Only 50% got approved and that too they did not pay. At the time of resignation it was said that as per company policy it will be paid next year at the time of bonus declaration. I have been following up since then, there is no reply, they are not even picking my calls. Such kind of HR's and employees are actually spoiling image of Company and compelling us to put negative review.

The company working culture is so amazing & healthy. All HOD are so supportive & kind. Specifically the HR Team is so supportive. They always ready to help/support for new employees. The arrangement of training, programs, trip and events are truly amazing & memorable. We all appreciate their efforts.

I am working in this organization more then two years at Mumbai Office. My Best part is I am working under MD guideline, he is very Supporting and Appreciating person due to which the working environment is energetic. There is always the best and understanding communication with him. The plus point of company is that Senior Management are always there to understand the problem and resolve the issues. Employment Activities like Promotion Event, Sports & Picnic are well organizations yearly By HR departments.

Working Hours Should be Less as 10 am to 6 pm and all Saturday should be Off.

Dear all, ABIL is a great organization, great culture, transparent process, They are very well taking care of employee, every hardworking have a great grouth in ABIL. i love the fact that i am a part of a team ABIL.

No job security,they ask you for resign the job.account head is not proper.company policy is not fix it is different for each.

Senior is not helpful.he is not cooperative and also his behavior is not good for account team.
